No Bake Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bites

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops FITCRUNCH Vanilla Milkshake Whey Protein Powder (32g)
  • 1 cup Oats ground to flour (80g)
  • 4 tbsp Fat free cream cheese (56g)
  • 1 tbsp Melted unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp Coconut sugar (8g)
  • Splash of milk

Instructions

  1. Grind oats to flour in blender or food processor (or use ready-made oat flour)

  2. Mix together protein powder, oat flour, cream cheese, butter, and coconut sugar

  3. Add a splash of milk if necessary to combine ingredients

  4. Add chocolate chips to dough

  5. Refrigerate dough so it’s easier to work with - if dough is too sticky add a little more flour

  6. Roll dough into balls and place on parchment paper (10 bites)

  7. Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes to let set

  8. Store uneaten treats in fridge or freezer long term
