FITCRUNCH Sour Cream & Onion Chicken Legs

This is another chicken recipe that is quick and easy to bake in the oven. This recipe calls for Chicken legs, but use what chicken you have on hand or prefer. Have the whole family help cook this easy recipe.

Ingredients

  • 2 bags FITCRUNCH SOUR CREAM & ONION High Protein Puffs
  • 3-4 lbs Chicken legs
  • Avocado oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°

  2. Put the puffs in a gallon Ziploc bag and smash them up into crumbs. We like to enlist the kids to help in this step

  3. Place half of the chicken legs in another gallon Ziploc bag and pour enough avocado oil to coat the chicken

  4. Pour some puff crumbs in the chicken bag and shake to coat

  5. Place the chicken on a wire rack in a shallow baking pan

  6. Repeat for the other half of the chicken

  7. Bake uncovered for approximately 60 minutes
