PROTEIN PUMPKIN MUFFINS

(Makes 7 muffins)

– 1 cup pumpkin puree (240g)

– 2 eggs

– 60g egg whites

– 1 cup blended oats (80g)

– 2 servings FITCRUNCH Cinnamon Twist protein powder

– 1/2 tsp baking soda

– 1 tsp baking powder

– dash of cinnamon

— Preheat oven to 350, combine all ingredients, spray muffin tray, pour into 7 spots, bake for about 20 minutes. And Wahlah. Delicious muffins!
