If the potatoes are too filled with carbs, you can easily make a cauliflower mash.

1. Take one medium head cauliflower and chop it.

2. Microwave 8 to 10 minutes until tender or steam it.

3. Add 4 teaspoons butter, 2 teaspoons water, 2 teaspoons minced, fresh garlic, ½ teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
4. Mix in food processor and serve immediately.
