FITCRUNCH Protein Chocolate Pretzel Cupcakes

Ingredients:

  • 2 scoops FITCRUNCH Chocolate Deluxe Protein Powder (32g)
  • 4 T coconut flour (32g)
  • 3 T egg substitute (46g)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (120ml)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce (56g)
  • 1 T unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 t baking powder
  • Sweetener to taste, optional (not included in macros)
  • Chocolate chips
  • Frosting
  • Teeny tiny pretzels

Instructions:

  1. Mix wet and dry ingredients separate
  2. Combine
  3. Stir in chocolate chips if you like
  4. Pour batter into muffin cups
  5. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes
  6. Let cool
  7. Frost and add pretzels or eat plain!
