FITCRUNCH Peanut Butter Banana Waffles 

Makes: 7 Small Waffles or 2 Large Waffles  



  1. Crack egg in small mixing bowl and add banana
  2. Mix thoroughly and add baking soda and 2 scoops of FITCRUNCH Peanut Butter Powder
  3. Let batter sit for 5 min (will thicken)
  4. Coat waffle iron with nonstick spray and cook on medium to low heat
  5. Stack Waffles
  6. Top with warm peanut butter or maple syrup
  7. Sprinkle Cocoa Nibs
