SERVES: 1
TIME: 10 minutes

YOU’LL NEED
1 ½ cups of quick-cooking or old-fashioned rolled oats (not instant)
1 ½ cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
½ teaspoon of sea salt
½ apple diced
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 Cinnamon Twist FITCRUNCH sliced

MAKE IT

1) Heat almond milk plus 2 cups of water in a medium pan until it starts to simmer.
2) Add oatmeal, sea salt, cinnamon, and bring to a boil, then lower heat and let simmer for 5 minutes. Stir occasionally until oatmeal thickens.
3) Turn off the heat. Add diced apple and gently stir.
4) Spoon oatmeal into a bowl and top with 1 sliced Cinnamon Twist FITCRUNCH Bar
