FITCRUNCH Apple Oat Protein Pancakes


  • 2 scoops FITCRUNCH Cinnamon Twist Protein Powder (32g)
  • 1/4 cup quick oats (20g)
  • 2 T unsweetened applesauce (30g)
  • 3 T egg substitute (46g)
  • 1/2 t cinnamon
  • 1/2 t baking powder
  • 1/2 small apple (30g) feel free to use more!
  • sweetener if desired


  1. Mix all ingredients except apple
  2. Cut apple into small pieces and add to batter (I remove skin)
  3. Let batter sit for 5 min (will thicken)
  4. Coat pan with nonstick spray and cook on medium to low heat
