Enjoy a delicious FITCRUNCH Brownie fruit salad – on a stick! It’s a great, healthy protein snack for the whole family. You can substitute any of the fruit that you’d like. You can also reverse the order in which you put the fruit on the skewer. Have fun!

Ingredients

2 FITCRUNCH Chocolate Brownies quartered

20 strawberries, hulled

20 pieces of banana

20 blueberries

Method

If using wooden or bamboo skewers, make sure all the splinters are off of them by rolling two together in your hands, or rub them over each other, as if you are sharpening a knife.

Cut the fruit that is not already small into 1-inch, or bite-size, chunks.

First, skewer the Brownie.

Then, skewer strawberry.

Then, skewer the banana.

Then, skewer the blueberry.

And repeat until the skewer is filled to your liking and enjoy!
